STROBOPOST FX Series

STROBOPOST FX Series is a range of fixed LED stroboscopic lights designed and manufactured in Italy for quality control, monitoring, and inspection of high-speed industrial processes. Thanks to advanced electronics, latest-generation LEDs, and high-efficiency reflectors, the system generates a powerful, consistent, and uniform light output, making it possible to freeze, slow down, or make the apparent image of moving materials and components move forward or backward. The range includes four lengths, from 250 to 1,500 mm, which can be combined in a Master/Slave configuration for a total coverage of up to 3,000 mm. The AISI 304 stainless steel housings and separate control unit make the FX Series a robust, precise solution suitable for demanding industrial environments.

Functions

Internal TUNER Synchronization

TUNER mode allows the flash frequency to be set directly and the system to be synchronized with the movement being analyzed.

External PCS Synchronization

PCS mode allows the flashing to be synchronized using an external signal from the machine, a sensor, or a control system.

HARMONICS Function

The HARMONICS function allows the frequency to be harmonically multiplied or divided to quickly identify the correct synchronization with the process.

PHASE Adjustment

Phase adjustment allows the apparent image to be moved forward or backward, making it easier to observe the different phases of motion.

FLASH TIME Adjustment

The flash duration can be adjusted to achieve the best balance between brightness, freeze-frame sharpness, and operating conditions.

SERVICE MODE

SERVICE MODE provides advanced functions and customizable settings to adapt the system’s behavior to the requirements of the machine and process.
